Enrollment starts

On 25th December the theme of the month and the product of the month will be announced on the social media accounts of Leartes Studios and Marvelous Designer. Registration for the competition will also open. Detailed information for registrations will be included in the announcements made on social media accounts.

Submission starts

Submissions will open on October 5th. Submissions of those who are not registered will not be considered. Details will be shared on social media accounts.

15th December 2022

Submission due date

Those who registered will be taken to the discord server of the competition. Submissions of users who are not on the Discord server will not be considered. Deadline for submissions is December 15th.

25th November 2022

Monthly winners announcement

The juries will grade the valid submissions on a scale of 1-10. The results will be announced on the social media accounts of Leartes Studios and Marvelous Designer on December 25 and the next competition will be announced.

Rules

The concept art of the props designed by the participants should belong to them. For concept art that does not belong to them, they must obtain written approval from the artist of the concept art.

All model/texture must be their own design. If a ready-made model/texture is to be used, a significant alteration should be made on it.

Any texturing software or 3D software can be used. Those who use Marvelous Designer in their designs have a chance to win a special award.

Participants should design their props in accordance with the theme. The submitted prop must be game-ready.

Renders will be taken with Marmoset Toolbag or Real Time Engine.

It is forbidden to modify the render with Photoshop.

The instructions shared on Leartes Studios' social media channels must be followed. It is mandatory to follow the rules specified on the discord server of the competition. Otherwise, the submissions will not be considered.

Submissions of participants who do not enroll or do not enter the discord server will not be evaluated.
