As a freelance artist, he collaborates with numerous game studios, producing concept art for their projects. Participation Rules
Blog Post
-Participants must prepare a blog post and create announcement visuals to include in their post. The blog post will describe the type of environment design they plan to make for the challenge titled “Veiled Realms 3D Real-Time Environment Challenge”.
-The completed blog post must be shared on ArtStation and/or LinkedIn. Participants are free to post on both platforms if they wish.
References
Participants have three options for references:
- They can find their copyright-free references.
- They can use Max Bedulenko's concept art as inspiration.
- They can design entirely original concept art themselves.

Registration
-To participate in the competition, participants must complete the registration form and become members of the Cosmos platform.
-The completed blog post must be shared on ArtStation and/or LinkedIn. Participants are free to post on both platforms if they wish.
-Upon completing the membership process, participants will receive:
- A 6-month standard membership
- 1 premium credit as a gift
Competition Rules
1. Environment Requirements
Projects must be created using real-time game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, Godot, CryEngine, etc.).
2. Application and Submission Deadlines
Application and Submission Deadlines: If the application or submission is delayed, Leartes reserves the right to accept or reject the project.
3. Model and Asset Usage
Models used in the environment must be either the artist's creations or sourced from the Cosmos platform. Asset packs available on Cosmos can be used, but 3rd party (third-party) assets are strictly prohibited. Participants can use self-created assets in their projects.
4. AI Usage
AI usage is strictly prohibited in the production process. AI can only be used for reference creation or concept iteration. Projects incorporating AI in the production phase will be disqualified.
5. Rights and Sales Conditions
The moral rights of the works produced during the competition belong to the artist. Sales rights are equally shared between the artist and Leartes at 50% each. Leartes and the artist cannot sell the project unless an agreement is made with the participant.
6. Concept Compliance
Projects submitted to the competition must strictly adhere to the specified concept style (Veiled Realms). Any projects outside this concept style will not be accepted.

Evaluation & Categories
Evaluation Criteria
-The evaluation will be conducted using 9 criteria. Each jury member will assess the participants and score them out of 100 points
-The competition has five jury members, and the participant's final score will be calculated out of 500 points based on the sum of all jury members' scores.
-Participants with the highest scores will be eligible to win awards.

Categories
The competition consists of two categories:
Student Category
- Students must register using an edu domain email address.
- Participants without an edu email or who are found not to be students will be disqualified and not considered in the student category.
Standard Participation Category
- This category is for participants who are not students.
Each category has different awards.
Awards
Winners
Separate awards will be given to winners in both the Student and Standard Categories. In the Student Category, only 1st place prizes will be awarded. In the Standard Category, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded. These prize structures apply to each of the following competition categories: Environment Art, 3D Prop Art, Concept Art / Environment, and Concept Art / Prop.
Community Award
Our team will select three outstanding works as finalists. These finalists will be featured on our Instagram page, where the community can vote by liking their favorite. The finalist who receives the most likes will be awarded the prize!
